Remove the delivery number first an then un-check the confirm option
In Orchard Manager click Setup and Cultivar Details and Targets. For each cultivar, set the sample count. It is possible to have different sample counts for each cultivar.
Please Note: If you change the sample count after samples have been entered, these samples must be edited to comply with the new sample count.

Why do my production figures from my picking records not match the production figures reflected in Orchard Manager?
The production figures in Orchard Manager are automatically updated from your picking records, but the Production figures in Orchard Manager can also be updated manually. To update the production figures in Orchard Manager, do the following.
- Open Production Manager
- Click on:
- File
- Utilities
- Recalculate picking and activity data
- Check the box Update Orchard Manager data
- Click the Green OK button
From the menu in Production Manager select 'Setup' and 'Production Options'
If you select 'Use basic wage as minimum wage', the employees basic wage will be the minimum that will be paid.
If you select 'Use basic wage as minimum wage', the employees basic wage will be the minimum that will be paid.
There are four methods by which you can pay basic and piecework wages:
- Paying piecework only.
- un-check 'Use basic wage as minimum wage'
- un-check 'Use Target'
- Paying piecework from a set target.
- check 'Use Target'
- Paying piecework after the basic wage is earned.
- check 'Use Target'
- check 'Use basic wage as minimum wage'
With this method piecework will be paid according to the bonus rate after the basic wage has been earned. - Paying Basic Wage only.
